Mac McAnally is a “bashful guy” by nature, but the longer his musical career lasts, the brighter the spotlight pointed at his shy self shines.

The Muscle Shoals instrumentalist, songwriter, singer and producer has arguably received more industry recognition during the past several years than the previous several decades, including induction into the Nashville Songwriters and Mississippi Musicians hall of fames and twice winning Musician of the Year at the Country Music Association Awards.

And now, instead of performing solo or as a part of an ensemble, such as in Jimmy Buffett's Coral Reefer Band or with Kenny Chesney's band, McAnally is taking center stage with his own backup performers Saturday as the headliner for the W.C. Handy Music Festival in Florence for a show titled “All In.”
