Latitude Margaritaville, a 55 and better community inspired by the Margaritaville lifestyle, is expanding to the first international destination in Lake Chapala, Mexico.

Latitude Margaritaville International Lake Chapala will feature 194 residences including casita-style homes and studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. With resort-style amenities and an island-inspired feel, the first phase of the project will feature signature food & beverage options, pools, pickleball courts, a theater, and more.
